It has been an honor to serve our local community as Dunhill Homes. We’ve been thrilled to be a part of the lives of so many Dallas-Fort Worth families. And now, we’re excited to take a big next step, joining TRI Pointe Group, one of the nation’s largest and most respected homebuilders, as part of the Trendmaker Homes family. Effective January 1, 2019, Dunhill Homes is now the Dallas-Fort Worth Division of Trendmaker Homes.

Right away, you’ll notice some changes to our website. But what’s more important is that our talented local team and commitment to customer care remains the same. The values and culture we nurtured as Dunhill Homes are in perfect alignment with Trendmaker, which has been serving Texas families since 1971. Craftsmanship, design, and energy efficiency are as key to Trendmaker’s building philosophy as they are to us, and they’re the cornerstone of TRI Pointe Group’s vision for the future of homebuilding. As part of Trendmaker Homes, we can accomplish more, leveraging our local expertise and insight with national-scale resources. We get to grow and maintain our Dallas-Fort Worth roots at the same time.

We expect our transition to Trendmaker Homes to be seamless in every way, including honoring our new home warranties and keeping intact the sales and other customer service teams you may have worked with in the past at Dunhill Homes. We’re excited to bring the Trendmaker Homes brand to Dallas-Fort Worth. And look forward to sharing a bright future with you.
